英国脱欧又何妨？ 容克称抓住机会让欧盟更强大

周三(9月13日)据外媒报道，欧盟执委会主席容克将呼吁成员国在英国脱欧之际，利用目前经济上行帮助欧盟走出危机的有利时机，打造一个更为团结的欧盟，使欧元区成为世界贸易的中心。

据报道，容克将于周三(9月13日)在法国斯特拉斯堡向欧洲立法机构发表年度“国情咨文”，提出他余下2年任期内的工作计划。容克任期将于2019年3月英国脱欧之后不久结束。
